This challenge seeks the development of a rapid deployment communications and information system designed specifically for crisis areas. These include refugee camps, disaster areas, and war zones. The system enables aid workers and officials to quickly take a census of the area and monitor the general welfare and health of the effected population. The system utilizes the local population to collect data.

Does upper limit of 200 Bq/kg make safe fertilizers?

Culture change away from over consumption and away from pollution are the number one and only ways to solve many problems in our world. The culture change begins with education and ends at a sustainable society where people are made aware of a better life through caring about their surroundings.

It is no easy task to make people aware that waste degrades life. It is also no easy task to educate the masses on the importance of clean and efficient living. In many developing countries the media has already started to sink its teeth in. These teeth are large and the jaws are powerful. They affect us from when we are born and they effect billions. Their message is buy more will make you happy, and it is a lie.

This group will focus on many things in the area of sustainability, beginning with informing people that living life is the most important road to happiness and not the exploit of new technologies and new things to buy. We have found that governments are not poised to stop this trend so the people of the world must do it themselves.

Our goal is to educate people that polluting their own environment to which they are the primary stakeholders is not working. Our goal is to educate people on the difference between happiness and enjoyment. To this extent in this group the psychological factor which recognizes that happiness is not affluence it is a clean environment, and a visible presence of caring.

Many of the challenges here need definitive solutions, some need solutions which come from the people and the education of them. This for most of the problems in the world is singularly a change of culture, and the change needs to begin now.

For this I offer a group to talk reasonably about how to educate, and where.
